Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME fulfills your requirements. It is used to lubricate chains operating at temperatures up to 650 °C. White solid lubricants are employed instead of graphite solutions and therefore it helps to improve food safety in your plant. Contamination with black particles is avoided.
Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME is NSF H1-registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of the Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME oil can contribute to increased reliability of your production equipment and processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME offers good wetting properties and excellent penetration with high dispersion stability.
This product can be used for the lubrication of transport chains operating in the food processing industry at very high temperatures, e.g. plate carrier chains in baking ovens, commonly found in bread, tortilla and pizza production lines.
Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME can be applied by brush or centralised lubricating devices. We recommend applying the oil on the chains at a temperature of 150 °C or lower, to avoid excessive smoke generation.
Before applying the product, shake the container well to ensure an even distribution of the solid lubricant particles. In centralised lubricating devices we recommend to have a propeller stirrer in the lubricant reservoir, which stirs the lubricant until homogeneous prior to each lubrication task.
