Description

 

TITAN TRUCK 15W-40 is a super long-life, allseason oil for all diesel engines with and without turbo charging in passenger cars, trucks, buses and industrial equipment. Class 15W-40 ensures reliable all-season use without limitations.

 

Application

 

TITAN TRUCK 15W-40 has a significantly higher alloy ratio than conventional high-performance engine oils.
Internationally, oils of this type are designated as SHPD (SHPD = Super High Performance Diesel Oil). Especially
in supercharged diesel engines, SHPD oils provide significant advantages with regard to piston cleanliness, wear
and greater power reserve. In the interest of higher service life expectations, we therefore recommend the use of such oils for supercharged engines. Naturally, highperformance diesel engine oils also are suitable for use in non-supercharged engines. Regardless of the current service life, even older diesel engines can be changed
over to TITAN TRUCK 15W-40. An important point for international shipping companies, bus operations, construction companies, etc. is that TITAN TRUCK 15W-40 can also be used when diesel fuel has a higher sulfur content—this often leads to considerable problems when the usual engine oils are used. TITAN TRUCK 15W-40 is miscible and compatible with conventional branded engine oils. However, mixing with other engine oils should be avoided in order to fully utilize the product’s benefits. A complete oil change is recommended
when converting to TITAN TRUCK 15W-40. For information on product safety and proper disposal please
